Connecting Vinyasa
After five breaths, relax forward into Ragdoll (3). Relax for a few breaths, then bend your knees to come back into Thunderbolt. Bring your hands to namaste and take Prayer Twist to the left side. After five breaths on the left side, relax forward into Ragdoll once again. Take a few breaths in Ragdoll, then come rolling back up to Samasthiti. Go through Vinyasa A, ending in Downward Facing Dog. From Downward Facing Dog, lower your knees to the mat in preparation for the next pose, Camel.
